We have national representation and are happy to meet you on site anytime and offer our free on-site, made-to-measure netting service, ensuring you pay for the exact amount of netting required.

We provide standard shipping across New Zealand; we dispatch using Mainfreight 3-4 day service. All times are approximate and are subject to the freight forwarder’s terms and conditions. Shipping rates for online store sales are variable and depend on the order size and destination. Please contact your rep for account shipping terms.
We gladly refund faulty products on a case-by-case basis within 12 months from the date of purchase. Change of mind returns are within 30 days or at management’s discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Returns will incur a 30% restocking fee and are to be returned to the warehouse of dispatch at the customer’s own expense. We will only accept returns in original packaging and unopened saleable condition to be arranged prior to return. We will not accept any unarranged returns to any of our sites in New Zealand.
