Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible products purchased online within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify, returns must be agreed with us in advance (see “How to Initiate a Return”) and all returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
While we do not charge restocking fees for standard returns, customers are responsible for all return freight costs.
Returns related to incorrect items or damaged goods are exempt from customer-paid freight charges and will be handled at our expense.
Sale and clearance items are not returnable.
Return Shipping:
Customers may return products using any courier of their choice, unless otherwise advised. All items must be packaged in the same manner as they were delivered to ensure safe transit.
International Returns:
We accept international returns; however, customers are responsible for freight, customs charges, and restocking fees where applicable.
How to Initiate a Return:
Customers can initiate a return by contacting us via email or phone +64 2722 82544. A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is required before shipping products back. Returned items must be sent to the warehouse they were originally dispatched from.
